I like all the mastheads because they are all very strong and powerfull mastheads which stand out ans make a impression. the alternate genres all are very edgy and show the rebellious connotations of this genre. They are all sans serif fonts to stand out to the audience so the audience remembers the brand and it shows stregnth which has connotations of the rock genre. The magazine has connotations of rebellious behaviour as there is blood connotations of violence. And there is cracks in the kerrang logo to show destruction and power.
The mastheads for the alternate or rock magazines are all more artistic then those which are not, for example the rock magazine has little stars in it and is styled to have connotations of cowboys. And the alternate press has little parts cut out of the logo

I like the graphic in this one and it sticks to the orange house style and it is high energy. The graphic represents the genre of music that my magazine represents because the electric guitar is commonly know for being used for rock. There is cracks in the logo to represents the power and destruction that comes with the alternate rock genre.
